Project Overview
John A. Walsh Elementary School in Chicago, Illinois, Chicago Public Schools consists of two play areas. Two Powerscape hybrid play structures: One 2-5 play structure done in bright inviting colors featuring the worm hole, chain net climber, GT Jams, slides, and other fun play activities; second is a 5-12 play structure done in a natural color palette and includes a spiral slide, overhead event, various climbers including a vine climber and timber slat roof. Poured-in-place rubber safety surfacing.
