Project Overview
St. Augustine Indian Mission School in Winnebago, Nebraska, features a vibrant playground and sport court designed for active play and creativity. The play area centers around a 5–12 Year Old PowerScape Structure, complemented by themed elements like a Box Turtle, HDPE Eagle Spring Rider, red mushroom climbers, and nature-inspired musical flowers and butterflies. A two-bay swing set with belt seats adds classic playground fun, while leaf benches provide comfortable seating. Safety is supported with interlocking rubber tile surfacing, concrete flatwork, and secure chain link fencing with single and double gates.
Adjacent to the playground, the new sport court includes GTCourt tiles, Quik Change Basketball Systems, and pickleball ground sockets, creating a flexible space for recreation and school activities. Together, these elements provide students with a safe, engaging environment for play, sports, and outdoor learning.
