Oakland Elementary School is located on East Oakland Avenue in Bloomington, Illinois. This playground project was a school/park district partnership. Students will be able to use it during the day, and it will be open to the children in the community as well. The playground includes a GameTime Powerscape play structure with roofs, multiple slides, spider web net climber, various other fun and challenging climbers and a couple of overhead events including skywheels. The play area also has a double arch saucer swing and is completed with engineered wood fiber safety surfacing and benches.
