Project Overview
Lombard Elementary School located in Galesburg, Illinois has both a fully accessible ramped play structure, swings and a GT Challenge Course. The playground play structure is ramped and fully accessible. It features sail roofs, rock-n-raft, sensory play activities, slides and various climbers and poured-in-place rubber safety surfacing. The playground also includes swings with a GT tandem Expression Swing. The playground also has a GT Challenge Course timed obstacle course activities for outdoor fitness and friendly competition. The swing area and the Challenge Course are finished with engineered wood fiber (EWF) safety surfacing.
