Project Overview
The Mineral Springs Park is an NDS Inclusive playground, located in Pekin Park District in Pekin, Illinois. This community playground, located across from Mineral Springs Lagoon, features a PowerScape modular play unit with Crunch Bar, Leaning Wall Climber, Rockscape Climber, Kinetic Spinner, ADA Crow’s Nest with Telescope, 12’ Wildertube Tower Slide and 12’ Spiral Slide. The playground also features many entertaining elements including the famous Expression Swing, Merry-Go-All, TriNet and exciting TriRunner. The playground is completed with engineered wood fiber (EWF) safety surfacing.
