Project Overview
Jeter Watson Community Center is located in Covington, Virginia. The playground was designed using the principles found in PlayOn!, a curriculum developed by SHAPE America and PlayCore, that aligns with national standards for physical education and provides teachers and coaches with 125 fun physical activities for the playground. The GameTime 5-12 play structure includes conifer tree toppers, vine climber, stepping pods, slides, overhead event, and a large rockscape climber. The playground also includes a spinning seat and swings. The playground is completed with engineered wood fiber safety surfacing and plastic borders.
