Project Overview
First Steps Childcare Center located in Grimes, Iowa features two play areas. The toddler play area includes a Small Feats preschool play structure for crawlers and toddlers. The pre-school age playground features a larger GameTime PrimeTime play structure with roofs, slides, various climbers including the popular river rock climber, ladder climber and more. The play space includes a Trike Track with signs, gas pumps and mini mart. Both areas are completed with poured-in-place (PIP) rubber safety surfacing. The areas are separated and fenced for security.
