Because we distribute products from multiple manufacturers, all warranty coverage is provided directly by the individual manufacturer. Cunningham Recreation supports our customers throughout the warranty process and will assist with questions, documentation, and coordination as needed.
Warranty Claims Process

To initiate a warranty inquiry or claim:
- Gather project details
- Installation location
- Date of purchase or installation
- Product identification (model numbers, photos, or order documentation)
- Document the issue
- Clear photos or video of the defect
- Description of the problem and when it was noticed
- Submit your request
- Contact your Cunningham Recreation representative or

- Manufacturer Review
Cunningham Recreation will coordinate with the manufacturer. The manufacturer will review all documentation to determine coverage under their warranty. - Resolution
Depending on the manufacturer’s terms, resolution may include replacement parts, repair guidance, or product substitution.
Important Warranty Notes
- Manufacturer warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship only.
- Normal wear and tear, vandalism, improper installation, misuse, or lack of maintenance are typically not covered.
- Many warranties require routine maintenance, such as surfacing inspections or hardware tightening.
- Some warranties may be prorated based on product age.
- Cunningham Recreation does not alter or extend manufacturer warranties.
