With nearly two decades in the playground industry, Renee Beard has dedicated her career to helping communities create vibrant, inclusive play spaces where children and families can connect, explore, and thrive. Now, as the Midwest Regional Sales Manager for Cunningham Recreation, she is excited to take on this new leadership role—guiding and supporting a talented team while continuing to foster strong partnerships with schools, municipalities, and organizations across the region.

Renee’s passion for play extends beyond just equipment; she believes in the power of well-designed spaces to enrich lives and bring communities together.

Based in Peoria, Illinois, Renee is a mother to two incredible young men, she enjoys traveling, hiking, practicing yoga, and spending time with her four-legged sidekick, Finley.
