Fondulac Park District's Farm Park located in East Peoria, Illinois is a great example of playgrounds done in phases. Many times due to annual budget requirements or restraints large projects can be done in phase work. Farm Park features a fully accessible large ramped play structure with a farm theme which includes slides, climbers, and various play panels. Added later to the play structure is the GameTime Citadel Tower that continues the farm theme as the silo, swings, Merry-GO-All and Sky Runner. The tower part of the unit has rock climbing walls, 3D panels, higher tube slide and other fun play components. Farm Park playground uses engineered wood fiber safety surfacing.
