Project Overview
Garfield Park in Danville, Illinois, features a large multi-age playground designed to encourage adventure, movement, and exploration. The space brings together expansive PowerScape and XScape play structures with climbing, sliding, and active play opportunities for children of different ages.
A VistaTwist Tower, large swing area with a saucer swing, and Spin With Me add exciting movement-based experiences throughout the playground. Supported by the 2025 GameTime Community Champions Grant, the new playground creates an engaging destination for children and families to play, connect, and enjoy the outdoors.
