Project Overview
Patricia Le Blanc Park is an NDS Play ON! site and features an ADA Power Scape play structure that is one of the few universal access parks that enable a person in a mobility device to travel from grade to 8' decks. The playground is completed with poured-in-place (PIP) surfacing.
