Project Overview
Gunnar Lane Pocket Park offers a vibrant and inclusive neighborhood play experience designed for children of all abilities. The playground centers around the Westerly structure for ages 5–12, providing engaging climbing, sliding, and imaginative play opportunities. A variety of swing options—including Expression swings, an adaptive swing with rung belt, and an adaptive seat option—ensure children of varying abilities can participate in active play. An Access PlayCurb enhances accessibility, while defined playground borders create a safe and organized play environment. Together, these thoughtfully selected features create a welcoming, modern space where children can climb, swing, and explore while families enjoy a connected community setting.
