Project Overview
Developed through a state initiative to expand access to high-quality recreation, this inclusive playground offers a dynamic and engaging play environment for children of all ages. Featuring GameTime’s PowerScape structures for ages 2–5 and 5–12, the playground includes a variety of slides, climbers, crawl tubes, and overhead activities designed to support both active play and imaginative exploration.
Younger children can enjoy age-appropriate features like transfer platforms, interactive panels, and low-height climbers, while older users are challenged with more advanced elements such as overhead ladders, spiral climbers, and a multi-height ridge climb. Unique components like the frog-themed puzzle panel, storefront play features, and driver’s panel encourage creative and sensory-rich experiences.
Accessibility is thoughtfully integrated with transfer systems, ground-level play elements, and features like a sensory wave seat and parallel bars. Multiple shade structures provide comfort, ensuring the space is usable year-round.
This state-supported playground promotes physical development, social interaction, and inclusive play, creating a welcoming destination where children of all abilities can explore, imagine, and grow together.
