Project Overview
Developed as part of a state initiative to expand access to high-quality recreation, this inclusive playground creates a welcoming, multigenerational play environment for the community. Featuring GameTime’s PowerScape structures for ages 2–5 and 5–12, the space offers a wide variety of activities including zip slides, climbers, overhead ladders, and interactive musical elements like bongos.
Accessibility is a key focus, with transfer systems, sensory play components, and ground-level features such as a sensory wave seat and curved balance beam. A standout Trinet climbing structure provides a dynamic, net-based challenge for older children, while multiple shade canopies enhance comfort for families.
Designed to promote physical activity, creativity, and social interaction, this state-supported playground ensures children of all abilities can explore, climb, slide, and play together in an engaging outdoor setting.
