Project Overview
Miracle Park is located in Rock Hill, South Carolina. Miracle Park is a large inclusive playground with lots of sensory rich play activities. The inclusive playground design includes two GameTime play structures, one for ages 2-5 and one for ages 5-12 with integrated shade, TriNet, Sensory Dome, Inclusive Whirl, Merry-Go-ALL, Rox-All See Saw, SkyRunner Track Ride, swings with adaptive seats and arch saucer swing with poured-in-place safety surfacing. The play area also includes spinning seats, activity play panels, sensory panels and Yalp Interactive Memo play pillars as well as the Sona dance and play arch. Around the perimeter their are shaded benches and other site furnishings for guest comfort. An adult outdoor fitness area is adjacent to the play area for parents and caregivers to exercise while their children play. Shelter with picnic tables, fencing and freestanding shade also included in project. GameTime National Demonstration Site for Inclusion. There is also a concessions area with freestanding shade and additional picnic tables and litter receptacles.
