Remember, funds are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis and all applications must be received by October 26, 2022 and return it to us and soon as possible.

Once you've completed the form, please scan a copy and email it to grant@gametime.com or fax it to 423-648-5902. Once we receive the application, a member of the grant award team will review it and contact you to answer any questions, gather additional information, if necessary, and provide you with a preliminary matching funds estimate.

To qualify for up to 100% matching grant funds, the list price of the qualifying playground system must exceed $75,000, and payment in full must accompany your order. For play systems with a list price of less than $75,000 with payment in full, GameTime playground grants are available with matching funds up to 75%. For play systems that exceed $25,000, and purchased with credit terms, matching funds are available up to 60%.

Matching funds are subject to rounding rules and may vary based on a qualified purchase. No other offer, discount, or special program can be used with this grant program.

This special matching funds offer applies to eligible PowerScape, PrimeTime, Xscape, and IONiX play systems. NEW for 2022, select Modern City PlayLab® designs (hybrid units that incorporate Modern City + PowerScape or PrimeTime) are also eligible. System orders must total $75,000 or more to qualify for up to 100% matching funds, and full payment must accompany the order.

All applications must be validated by the project administrator. GameTime reserves the right to decline any application for a GameTime grant. Orders accepted by GameTime must ship by December 30, 2022. This offer expires on November 1, 2022.

GameTime playground grants can only be applied to additional GameTime purchases and only in conjunction with the original purchase. Standard policies and warranties as listed in the 2022 GameTime Playground Design Guide apply. Material surcharges, freight, installation costs, and applicable sales tax are extra and not included.
